01. Orientation
After completing an online HSK Chinese assessment, we’ll review your level, define your goals, and identify the program and accommodation best suited to your needs.
02. Selection
Together, we select the school and the program that offers the learning method best suited to your objectives and help you find your accommodation.
03. Organisation
We guide you through the visa application, school or program enrolment and accommodation selection. We ensure that you have successfully completed each step.
04. Arrival
We organize your arrival and guide you through your first steps in Chegdu, organise weekly follow up to ensure you receive support you at every stage.

Tuition fees typically range from €250 to €600 per month, depending on class format (group or one-to-one), study intensity and course options. We’ll explain the differences so you can choose with confidence.
Activities
Design your own Chengdu journey
Build an activity programme that matches your interests and schedule. From a weekly calligraphy class to daily kung fu, cooking or dance lessons, everything can be tailored to your stay. Prices depend on the activity and frequency, and we negotiate preferential rates with our local partners.
Accomodation
Select your ideal living environment
Choose the accommodation that best fits your lifestyle and budget. Options include homestays, student residences and serviced apartments, the most popular choice among international students, usually featuring a private bathroom, kitchenette and refrigerator. Prices generally start from around €250 per month.

The Discovery Kit is your starter pack, giving you all the essential tips and practical advice to prepare for your stay independantly; the Complete Immersion takes it further with full support to enrol, book, and organise every detail so you can focus on the experience; and Au Pair is tailored program for an immersion living with a host family and supporting childcare responsibilities, the program is based on a careful application process and specific eligibility requirements.
Yes and no.
For the Complete Immersion program, you pay schools and accommodation providers directly. Our packages cover guidance and support, while tuition, accommodation, activities and living expenses are paid separately. We help you select and enrol in the options that best fit your goals, language level and budget.
For the Au Pair program, however, all the services listed are included in the package price, subject to a successful application with our local partner.
Yes! Some students prefer booking a full program before departure, which also help us building a more tailored experience, however if you’d prefer to decide as you go, that’s perfectly fine too.
During your stay, activities can also be booked separately, either as one‑off experiences or as part of a regular schedule, giving you the flexibility you need to enjoy your experience in Chengdu.
No. The Au Pair Program is a unique experience. While it includes Chinese language courses and cultural immersion, it also means living with a local family and helping care for their children. It’s not just about studying or travelling, it’s about carefully finding the right match for both you and the host family.
For this reason, the program requires an application and approval by both our partner organisation and the host family. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step of the process and help you prepare the strongest possible application.
Note that if your application is not approved, €300 of your program fee will be refunded.
Once you’ve chosen your program, simply let us know and we’ll send you a secure payment link to confirm your booking. Payment is required upfront to reserve your place and allow us to start preparing your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll schedule your orientation call and begin planning your experience together.
