How much should you budget for rent? Should you choose a homestay, an apartment, or a school-arranged option? Is it better to book before arriving or find a place once you are in China? Home Stay
Many language schools offer homestay options, allowing students to live with a local family and experience daily Chinese life. It is a great choice for cultural immersion and practicing Mandarin outside the classroom. It is also the option that requires the less organisation as it can be fully organise before arrival.
