These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Immersion Chengdu website and the services provided through it.

Immersion Chengdu is an initiative of Neopontis SASU.

1. Our Services

Immersion Chengdu provides information, guidance and support for students interested in language courses, cultural immersion programs and related services in Chengdu, China.

We act as an intermediary and advisor between students and our partner institutions where applicable.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Use the website lawfully;
  • Not misuse or interfere with the website or its services.

3. Program Information

We strive to keep all information accurate and up to date.

However, partner schools, accommodation providers and local partners may modify prices, schedules or services without prior notice.

4. Bookings

Some services require a quotation or written confirmation before becoming binding.

Registration with a partner institution may also be subject to the institution’s own terms and conditions.

5. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Prices are stated in Euros (€) unless specified otherwise.
  • Payment methods and deadlines are indicated on invoices or quotations.
  • Late payments may result in legal interest charges where applicable.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions depend on the specific program or partner institution.

Any applicable cancellation or refund policy will be communicated before confirmation of your booking.

7. Liability

Immersion Chengdu and Neopontis undertake a best-efforts obligation.

We cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including visa decisions, travel disruptions, force majeure, or decisions made by partner organisations.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services directly provided by Neopontis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and downloadable materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably whenever possible. Failing agreement, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
